RESOLUTION #005-2006
DENIAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP

WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted on November 18, 2005 to finalize a
two-lot land division of the James property located on Mystic Drive in the NW 1/4 of
Section 14 (Tax Key #2214.997); and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission denied Resolution #P.C. '138-2005 recommending
approval due to the petitioner submitting a letter that they would like the CSM removed
from consideration; and
WHEREAS, According to the Chapter 18 Land Division Ordinance, all formally
submitted CSMs must be acted upon even if withdrawn.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby deny
without prejudice the certified survey map to finalize a two-lot land division of the James
property located on Mystic Drive in the NW 1/4 of Section 14.
