COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSK:EGO
RESOLUTION #001-2006
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBMITTING THE
BELOW STATED QUESTION TO AN ADVISORY
REFERENDUM AT THE APRIL 4, 2006 SPRING ELECTION
WHEREAS, On October 3, 2005, the City of Muskego hired a full-time City
Administrator; and
WHEREAS, The Common Council of the City of Muskego wants to give the citizens of
the City of Muskego the opportunity to indicate whether or not they are in favor of
changing the status of the office of Mayor of the City of Muskego from full-time as
established in Muskego Ordinance S1.07 to part-time.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the following question shall be submitted
to the electors of the City of Muskego at the Spring Election on April 4, 2006:
Advisory Referendum Ouestion: Should the office of the Mayor of the City of
Muskego be changed from a full-time position to a part-time position?
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Clerk shall take all steps necessary and provide
all necessary notiices to accomplish the intent of this Resolution.
