PROCEEDINGS BY THE COMMON COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
TO DISCONTINUE AND VACATE
A ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY IN THE
CITY OF MUSKEGO, WISCONSIN (Martin Drive)
RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Muskego, Wisconsin, as
follows:
That since the public interest requires it, the whole of the following described real estate
in the City of Muskego, Wisconsin, be and is hereby discontinued and vacated as a
street, to wit:
Being part of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 and the Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1;4
of Section 4, Town 5 North, Range 20 East, City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin.
Commencing at the Northeast comer of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 4; thence S 88036'24" W,
1,441.77 feet; thence S 000 14'02;" E, 49.41 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing S
000 14'03" E, 26.15 feet to the eXilsting Southerly right-of-way line of Martin Drive, said point
also being a point on a curve; thence 262.69 feet along said Southerly line, and along the arc of
a curve, which center lies to the Northeast, having a radius of 609.47 feet, and a chord distance
of 260.66 feet which bears N 610'12'30" W; thence N 41008'21 "E, 25.00 feet to a point on a
curve; thence 244.41 feet along tile arc of a curve, which center lies to the Northeast, having a
radius of 584.47 feE3t, and a chord distance of 242.63 feet which bears S 60050'26" W to the
point of beginning. Containing 6,2.39 sq. ft.(0.15acres) more or less

map hereto annexed, made a part hereof and marked Exh,ibit "A."
