APPROVAL OF PERMANENT LIMITED EASEMENT TO
WAUKESHA COUNTY
BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of Muskego does hereby
approve the attached Permanent Limited Easement to Waukesha County subject to
title acceptable to the City Engineer in consultation with the City Attorney.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Clerk are authorized to sign the
Permanent Limited Easement in the name of the City.

THIS EASEMENT, made by THE CITY OF MUSKEGO,
GRANTOR, conveys a permanent limited easement as described
below to WAUKESHA COUNTY GRANTEE, for the purpose of
CONSTRUCTING MAINTAINING AND REPALCING A CULVERT
Legal Description
A permanent limited easement for the right to construct, maintain
and replace a culvert, including the right to construct slopes and to
remove any material, including for such purpose the right to operate
necessary equipment, the right of ingress and egress, as long as
required for such public purpose, including the right to preserve,
protect, remove or plant thereon, any vegetation that the highway
authorities may deem necessary or desirable. Said easement is
more particularly described as follows:
