RESOLUTION #234-2005
APPROVAL 2006 SALARY INCREASE FOR
NONREPRESENTED EMPLOYEES OF THE
CITY OF MUSKEGO
WHEREAS, The Common Council of the City of Muskego approved a Pay for
Performance Program in 1999 for all nonrepresented employees; and
WHEREAS, The Common Council determined at that time that the salary schedule
increase would be set annually following review of the internal increases of other
bargaining units, the Midwest and Milwaukee area CPI, and the employee cost trend for
all salaries in the State of Wisconsin; and
WHEREAS, The Common Council has reviewed the information and has determined
that a salary schedule increase of two and one-half percent shall be effective January 1
,
2006.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby approve a salary schedule increase of two and one-half percent
. effective January 1, 2006.
