COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #233-2005
INTENT TO ACCEPT IMPROVEMENTS TO
QUALIFY FOR GENERAL TRANSPORTATION AIDS
WHEREAS, The City is eligible for General Transportation Aids (GTA) from the State of
Wisconsin based on a state formula which includes the miles of roads in the municipality, and
WHEREAS, There have been certain roads constructed in the City which have not yet been
accepted by resolution of the Council, and
WHEREAS, As long as it is the City's intent to accept the improvements once the roads are
finalized to the City's satisfaction and will be plowing said roads, said roads may be included in
the state formula for General Transportation Aids.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of Muskego
does hereby state its intent to accept the following improvements once finalized to the City's
satisfaction and that the City does intend to plow said roads as follows:
Blue Heron Lane
Boxhorn Reserve Court
Boxhorn Reserve Drive
Dogwood Court
Fireside Court
Fireside Drive
Elkwood Court
Glencove Court
Kenwood Drive
Princeton Drive
Raven Road
Sandalwood Drive
Schaefer Drive
Sommerfield Lane
Still Meadow Court
Weatherwood Circle
Weatherwood Court
Wentland Drive
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk-Treasurer is hereby directed to provide a copy of
this Resolution to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation.
