COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #217-2005
APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT FOR EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee, in consultation with the interim Finance Director,
has reviewed the terms of an agreement with National Employee Assistance Services,
Inc. (NEAS) to provide an Employee Assistance Program for two years commencing
January 1, 2006 through December 31, 2007 at an annual cost of $18.96 per
employee; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve
of the City entering into an agreement with National Employee Assistance Services, Inc.
to provide an Employee Assistance Program for two years commencing January 1,
2006 through December 31, 2007 at the annual rate of $18.96 per employee, including
full and part-time employees and excluding seasonal employees.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and interim Finance Director, as the
organization contact person, are authorized to sign the agreement in the name of the
City.
