RESOLUTION #215-2005
REJECTION OF BIDS
ADA Accessibility to Parks
WHEREAS, The City advertised for bids for the ADA Accessibility to Parks and the
following bid was received:
Blumels Landscaping
Base Bid
$34,650.00
WHEREAS, The Engineering/Building Inspection Director has reviewed the bid and has
recommended the rejection of the bid due to the excessive cost and lack of multiple
bidders for the project; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has recommended that the bid for the project be
rejected and authorizes the Engineering/Building Inspection Director to rebid the
project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby reject the
bid submitted for the ADA Accessibility to Parks due to the excessive cost and lack of
multiple bidders for the project and does hereby authorize the project to be rebid.
