COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #211-2005
RESOLUTION ACKNOWLEDGING THE MUSKEGO HIGH SCHOOL
GIRLS' VOLLEYBALL TEAM
WHEREAS, The Muskego High School Girls' Volleyball Squad recently
participated in the WIAA Division 1 State Tournament; and
WHEREAS, The team, coached by Karen Anderson, won the school's first state
championship in the sport; and
WHEREAS, The 15 young women who achieved this honor displayed dedication
to the sport of volleyball; and
WHEREAS, The hard work and determination displayed by these young women
are attributes the City of Muskego is proud to see the youth of this community
possess; and
WHEREAS, The commitment and dedication of the coach, parents, teachers and
fans must also be acknowledged as playing a part in the team's success.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego is proud to acknowledge the accomplishments of the Muskego High
School Girls' Volleyball Team as the WIAA Division 1 State Champions.
