Kelsey Drive Water Quality Pond
WHEREAS, The City advertised for bids for the Kelsey Drive Water Quality Pond
project and the following bids were received:

WHEREAS, The Finance Committee and Engineering/Building Inspection Director have
reviewed the bids and recommend that the low bid submitted by Schneider Excavating,
Inc. in the amount of $129,020.70 for the Kelsey Drive Water Quality Pond project be
accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby accept
the low bid of Schneider Excavating, Inc. in the amount of $129,020.70 for the Kelsey
Drive Water Quality Pond Project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are hereby
authorized to sign the necessary documents in the name of the City, and are further
authorized to sign any changes at their discretion upon recommendation of the
Engineering/Building Inspection Director.
