COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #192-2005
APPROVAL OF CONDOMINIUM PLAT
Building No. 19 in Lake Ridge Apartments, A Condominium
WHEREAS, A Condominium Plat was submitted by Joseph Cardenas for lake Ridge
Building 19 known as Cherry Hill located in the SW 1/4 of Section 10 (Tax Key No.
2199.999.021); and
WHEREAS, Said plat consists of eight residential units in orie structure; and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has recommended approval through Resolution
#P.C. 121-2005.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the
Condominium Plat for lake Ridge Building 19, subject to the conditions outlined in
Resolution #P.C. 121-2005, resolution oftechnical discrepancies as identified by the
City Planning Department, City Engineers, and Fire Department, and payment of all
applicable fees in Section 18.14 of the land Division Ordinance and outstanding
assessments if applicable.
