COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #187-2005
RESOLUTION TO RETAIN SPECIAL COUNSEL
WHEREAS, It is necessary for the City to obtain special counsel representation for
certain legal issues which involve William Carity because of a conflict of interest with the
city's attorneys; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has recommended that the Mayor pursue counsel
representation for those issues.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby authorize
the Mayor to retain the firm von Briesen & Roper, S.C to represent the City regarding
issues which involve William Carity.
