RESOLUTION #177-2005
APPROVAL OF CONDOMINIUM PLAT
Overlook Bay Building 6
WHEREAS, A Condominium Plat was submitted by David Coates for Overlook Bay
Building 6 located in the SE 1/4 of Section 8 (Tax Key No. 2192.978.006); and
WHEREAS, Said plat consists of eight residential units in one structure; and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has recommended approval through Resolution
#P.C. 113-2005.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the
Condominium Plat for Overlook Bay Building 6, subject to the conditions outlined in
Resolution #P.C. 113-2005, resolution of technical discrepancies as identified by the
City Planning Department, City Engineers, and Fire Department, and payment of all
applicable fees in Section 18.14 of the Land Division Ordinance and outstanding
assessments if applicable.
