WHEREAS, The City advertised for bids for the Idle Isle Park Shelter project and the following
bids were received:
Absolute Construction Enterprises, Inc.
Ray Stadler Construction Co.
Sonag Company, Inc.
Craft Masonry, Inc.
Spectrum Builders, LLC

WHEREAS, The Finance Committee and City Engineer have reviewed the bids and
recommend that the low bid submitted by Absolute Construction Enterprises, Inc. in the amount
of $274,900 for the Idle Isle Park Shelter project be accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby accept the low bid of
Absolute Construction Enterprises, Inc. in the amount of $274,900 for the Idle Isle Park Shelter
project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are hereby authorized to
. sign the necessary documents in the name of the Oity.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor or his designee are authorized to sign any
changes at his discretion upon recommendation of the Engineering/Building Inspection Director.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That prior to September 23, 2005, the Water Bugs Ski Team will
provide the City with a letter stating their support for their portion of the contract in the amount
of $94,390 to be paid over a period of ten years.
