COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #172-2005
AWARD OF BID
ADA Accessibility to Old Town Hall
WHEREAS, The City advertised for bids for the ADA Accessibility to Old Town Hall
project and the following bids were received:
Absolute Construction Enterprises, Inc.
Ray Stadler Construction Co.
Rupel Construction, Inc.
$13,800

$18,800
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee and City Engineer have reviewed the bids and
recommend that the low bid submitted by Absolute Construction Enterprises, Inc. in the
amount of $13,800 for the ADA Accessibility to Old Town Hall project be accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby accept
the low bid of Absolute Construction Enterprises, Inc. in the amount of $13,800 for the
ADA Accessibility to Old Town Hall project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer arE~ hereby
authorized to sign the necessary documents in the name of the City.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor or his designee are authorized to sign
any changes at his discretion upon recommendation of the Engineering/Building
Inspection Director.
