RESOLUTION #167-2005
RESOLUTION OF CITY APPOINTMENT TO JOINT REVIEY,{ BOARD
WHEREAS, Any City that seeks to create or amend a tax incremental district shall
convene a Joint Review Board to review the proposal; and
WHEREAS, The City must choose a representative to sit on the Joint Review Board for
a future amendment to the existing TID 8.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council oOhe City of
Muskego does hereby choose Mayor Charles Damaske as the City's
representative to the Joint Review Board.
