COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #163-2005
DISALLOWANCE OF CLAIM
James and Marie Hansen
WHEREAS, The City of Muskego received a Notice of Claim from James and Marie
Hansen on May 4, 2005; and
WHEREAS, The City's insurance carrier has reGommended that the City disallow this
claim; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has recommended that this claim be disallowed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby disallow
the claim of James and Marie Hansen.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That no legal actiion may be brought on this claim after
six months from the date of service of notice of this disallowance of claim pursuant to
Wisconsin Statutes, Section 893.80.
