WHEREAS, The City advertised for bids for the Moorland Road Skate Park project and
the following bids was received:

WHEREAS, The Finance Committee and City Engineer have reviewed the bids and
recommend that the bid submitted by True Ride in the amount of $100,966.80 for the
Moorland Road Skate Park project be accepted; and
WHEREAS, The Parks and Recreation Board has reviewed the bids and recommends
acceptance of the bid submitted by True Ride.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby accept
the bid of True Ride in the amount of $100,966.80 for the Moorland Road Skate Park
project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer am hereby
authorized to sign the necessary documents in the name of the City.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor or his designee are authorized to sign
any changes at his discretion upon recommendation of the Engineering/Building
Inspection Director.
