RESOLUTION #154-2005
AWARD OF BID
Moorland Road Skate Park - Concrete
WHEREAS, The City advertised for bids for the concrete portion of the Moorland Road
Skate Park project and the following bid was received:
Showcase Concrete $24,37'5
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee and City Engineer have reviewed the bid and
recommend that the bid submitted by Showcase Concrete in the amount of $24,375 for
the concrete portion of the project be accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby accept
the bid of Showcase Concrete in the amount of $24,375 for the concn~te portion of the
Moorland Road Skate Park project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer an3 hereby
authorized to sign the necessary documents in the name of the City.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor or his designee are authorized to sign
any changes at his discretion upon recommendation of the Engineering/Building
Inspection Director.
