AMENDED COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO RESOLUTION #149-2005 APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT WOODLAND CREEK ESTATES II SUBDIVISION WHEREAS, A preliminary plat for the Woodland Creek Estates II Subdivision in the NE 1/4 of Section 20 was submitted by Towne Realty on May 27,2005; and WHEREAS, Woodland Creek Estates II is an addition to the approved Preliminary Plat of Woodland Creek Estates Subdivision; and WHEREAS, Said plat proposes the development of 16 single-family lots and 3 outlots; and WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has recommended approval of the preliminary plat subject to the conditions of Resolution #P.C. 076-2005 as adopted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does horeby approve the preliminary plat of the Woodland Creek Estates II Subdivision in the NE 1/4 of Section 20 subject to the conditions outlined in Resolution #P.C. 076-2005 being met at the time of the final plat. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That this approval is subject to receipt of the submittal fees and favorable reports from all approving and objecting agencies. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That a digital file of this Preliminary Plat shall be submitted to the City in accordance with Common Council Ordinance #1118 and Resolution #196-2002.
