COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #148-2005
RESOLUTION OF SUPPORT FOR THE CONCEPTUAL PLAN FOR PHASE II
OF THE JANESVILLE ROAD RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT
WHEREAS, Waukesha County has a conceptual plan for the reconstruction of
Janesville Road from Moorland Road to Racine Avenue with construction tentatively
scheduled for 2010; and
WHEREAS, The County has placed money in its Capital Budget for the project; and
WHEREAS, Waukesha County has requested that the City of Mluskego Common
Council indicate its support for the conceptual plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Committee of the Whole, does hereby
support the conceptual plan for Phase II of the .Janesville Road Reconstruction Project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That a copy of the adopted Resolution will be forwarded
to County Executive Dan Finely.
