RESOLUTION #144-2005
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CHIEF OF POLlC:E
TO ACCEPT SEALED BIDS FOR SIX POLICE VEHICL.ES
WHEREAS, The Muskego Police Department has six used vehicles that will be retired;
and
WHEREAS, Chief John Johnson has requested to make the retired vehicles available
for public purchase by accepting sealed bids.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby authorize Police Chief John Johnson to accept sealed bids for
the six retired department vehicles.
