COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #143-2005
ACCEPTANCE OF RIGHT OF WAY DEDICATION,
Krogmann's First Addition Subdivision
WHEREAS, A Final Plat was recorded on July 23, 1921 by Mary Krogmann for the
Krogmann's Subdivision located in the NE 1/4 of Section 9 to create 12 single-family
lots and to dedicate public roadways known as Lake Drive; and
WHEREAS, A Final Plat was recorded on October 4, 1922 by Mary Krogmann for the
Krogmann's First Addition Subdivision located in the NE 1/4 of Section 9 to create 33
single-family lots and to dedicate public roadways known as Center Drive, including the
dedication of Lot 4 of Krogmann's Subdivision for roadway purposes to extend Center
Drive to the waters edge of Little Muskego Lake; and
WHEREAS, The City of Muskego has certified to the State of Wisconsin Department of
Transportation on it's PHASER and Gas Tax maps that the City has aGcepted and
owns the public right of way know as Center Drive.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Works Committee, does hereby
approve the Final Plat for the Krogmann's First Addition and does hen3by accept the
dedication of the extension of Center Street.
