COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #142-2005
RESOLUTION TO RETAIN SPECIAL COUNSEL TO REPRESENT THE ASSESSOR
AT THE BOARD OF REVIEW
WHEREAS, The City's Assessor has requested legal representation at the Board of
Review which is scheduled to hear several objections; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has recommended that Cramer Multhauf &
Hammes LLP be retained at $150.00 an hour to represent the City Assessor at the
2005 Board of Review.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby
approve retaining Cramer Multhauf & Hammes LLP at $150.00 an hour to represent the
City Assessor at the 2005 Board of Review.
