RESOLUTION TO RETAIN SPECIAL PROSECUTOIR
BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of Muskego does hereby
retain Attorney Thomas Schmitzer of Hippenmeyer, Reilly, Moodie & Blum, S.C. as
special prosecutor for a case where the City's attorneys have a conflict of interest.
