COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #125-2005
AUTHORIZE EXECUTION OF THE LABOR AGREEMENT
BETWEEN CITY HALULIBRARY UNIT OF LOCAL 2414 AFSCME AND
THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
JANUARY 1, 2004 - DECEMBER 31, 2005
WHEREAS, A settlement has been reached between the negotiators 'for the City of
Muskego and the negotiators for the City Hall/Library Unit of Local 24 '14 AFSCME.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Negotiating Committee, does hereby
authorize the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer to execute the attached settlement agreement
between the City Hall/Library Unit of Local 2414 AFSCME and the City of Muskego for
the period January 1, 2004 through December ~31, 2005 subject to ratification by the
bargaining unit.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are hereby
authorized to execute the 2004 - 2005 labor agreement.

SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT
CITY OF MUSKEGO
TO
LOCAL 2414, AFSCME, AFL-CIO (City Hall/Library Unit)
JUNE 21, 2005
The City of Muskego reserves the right to add to, delete from or modify this proposal.
1. WAGES. Increase wages as follows:
Effective January 1, 2004 - 3% across the board
Effective January 1, 2005 - 3% across the board
Red circled employees - increase all wages by 1.5% on 1/1/04 and 1.5% on 1/1/05, or
pay the contractual rate for their position, whichever is greater, on the same effective
dates as all other employees.
Deputv Treasurer position - effective 1/1/04 move position from labor grade 14 to labor
grade 15, plus the across-the-board increases identified in paragraph 1 above.
Plan Commission Secretary position - effe:ctive 1/1/05 move the position from labor
grade 14 to labor grade 15, plus the across-the-board increases identified in paragraph 1
above.
2. ARTICLE XVII - INSURANCE
Section 17.01
Change June 1, 2002 to January 1, 2004 in fi:A:h paragraph.
Delete sixth paragraph.
3. ARTICLE XXII. Lavoff and Recall. CURRENT LANGUAGE
4. All other tentative agreements as per Union's list of tentative agreeffil~nts, except to add a
reference to Section 9.05 amending dates to conform to new dates of agreement.
