REJECTION OF BIDS
Moorland Road Skate Park
WHEREAS, The City advertised for bids for the Moorland Road SkatE~ Park and the
following bids were received:

WHEREAS, The Engineering/Building Inspection Director has reviewE~d the bids and
has recommended the rejection of all bids due to numerous technical discrepancies;
and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has recommended that all bids for the project be
rejected and authorizes the Engineering/Building Inspection Director to rebid the
project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby reject all
bids submitted for the Moorland Road Skate Park due to technical discrepancies and
does hereby authorize the project to be rebid.
