AWARD OF BID
Old Town Hall Facility
WHEREAS, The City advertised for bids for the Old Town Hall project and the following
bids were received:
Rupel Construction, Inc.
KPH Construction
Seater Construction Co.
$115,000
$142,900
$127,800
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee and City Engineer have reVieWE!d the bids and
recommend that the low bid submitted by Rupel Construction, Inc. in the amount of
$115,000 for the Old Town Hall project be accepted subject to the availability of funds
and approval by the Department of Commerce.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby accept
the low bid of Rupel Construction, Inc. in the amount of $115,000 for the Old Town Hall
Project subject to the availability of funds and approval by the Department of
Commerce and structural analysis to be done and sent to the State to obtain the permit.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor ;and Clerk-Treasurer are hereby
authorized to sign the necessary documents in the name of the City.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor or his designee are authorized to sign
any changes at his discretion upon recommendation of the Engineering/Building
Inspection Director.
