COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #112-2005
APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
THE NURSERY SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, A preliminary plat for the Nursery Subdivision in the SW 1/4 of Section 12
was submitted by JS Development LLC on May 23, 2005; and
WHEREAS, Said plat proposes the development of 6 single-family lots and 1 outlot;
and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has recommended approval of thE! preliminary plat
subject to the conditions of Resolution #P.C. 065-2005 as amended and adopted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the
preliminary plat of the Nursery Subdivision in the SW 1/4 of Section 1:2 subject to the
conditions outlined in Resolution #P.C. 065-2005 being met at the time of the final plat.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That this approval is subject to receipt of the submittal
fees and favorable reports from all approving and objecting agencies.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That a digital file of this Preliminary Plat shall be
submitted to the City in accordance with Common Council Ordinance #1118 and
Resolution #196-2002.
