RESOLUTION #111-2005
RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION AND
AGREEMENT REGARDING
DONATION OF PAINTINGS BY KERRY WOHLUST
WHEREAS, Kerry Wohlust is the artist of several oil paintings depicting various aspects
of the City of Muskego; and
WHEREAS, It is Mr. Wohlust's desire to finally have the paintings "come home" and he
has generously donated 13 of them to the City; and
WHEREAS, The City gratefully accepts the donation of Mr. Wohlust and agrees to the
following conditions:
. The paintings will only be placed in public buildings.
. Reprints of the paintings must be approved by the artist, KerryWohlust, or his
daughters.
. The artist can temporarily use the paintings if needed for a project and return
them as promptly as possible.
. Future administrations will honor these conditions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby express its gratitude to Mr. Kerry Wohlust for the donation of oil
paintings to the City of Muskego and agrees to the conditions outlined above.
