COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #110-2005
APPROVAL OF REVISED LETTER OF CREDIT AMOUNT

WHEREAS, A Letter of Credit amount was approved in conjunction wlith the certified
survey map for Richard Knudsen through Reso" #090-2005 adopted by the Common
Council on April 26, 2005; and
WHEREAS, The construction costs are less than originally estimated and a new Letter
of Credit amount is recommended by the City's Engineering/Building Inspection
Director; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has reviewed the matter and has recommended
approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve a
revised Letter of Credit in the amount of $25,000 for Richard Knudsen.
