COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO RESOLUTION #100-2005 REAPPROV AL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP Sonnentag WHEREAS, A certified survey map to finalize a two-parcel division of the Sonnentag property located on Loomis Drive in the SE ~ of Section 34 was approved through Resolution #131-2004 on August 10,2004; and WHEREAS, The certified survey map was not recorded within the six month time period and reapproval by the Common Council is necessary. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That tlhe Common Council of the City of Muskego does hereby reapprove the Certified Survey Map to finalize a two-parcel division of the Sonnentag property located on Loomis Drive in the SE ~ of Section 34. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That this approval is subject to receipt of all fees required by Section 18.14 of the Land Division Ordinancls, any special assessments which may be due, payment of any unpaid taxes, and approval of the City EnginE!er. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That a digital file of this certified survey map shall be submitted to the City in accordance with Common Council Ordinance #1118 and Resolution #196-2002.
