RESOLUTION #098-2005
CONSIDERATION OF PR.ELlMINARY PLAT
Rustic Trails Subdivision
WHEREAS, A preliminary plat for the Rustic Trails Subdivision in the NW 1/4 of Section
13 was resubmitted on April 11, 2005; and
WHEREAS, Said plat proposes the development of six single-family lots and two
outlots; and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has not recommended approval of the preliminary
plat by defeating Resolution #P.C. 054-2005.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby reject the preliminary plat of the Rustic Trails Subdivision in the
NW 1/4 of Section 13.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That this rejection is based on the following:
. the existing zoning does not fit the proposed land division
. the effect on the entire municipality
. changes in community characteristics that may take place
. wishes of the existing residents in the arE~a
. preservation of the area and maintenance cost to the City for the conservation
area
. change does not fit in with the existing lots
