RESOLUTION #067-2005
AWARD OF BID
Police Department Generator
WHEREAS, The City advertised for bids for the Police Department Generator and five
bids were received for the first alternate bid for a 125 kW generator rather than a 150
kW generator; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee and Engineering/Building Inspection Director have
reviewed the bids and recommend that the first alternative bid for a 125 kW generator
submitted by Hogen Electric in the amount of $50,973.60 for the Police Department
Generator be accepted; and
WHEREAS, The $50,973.60 bid from Hogen Electric was the low bid received.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby accept
the first alternative bid of Hogen Electric in the amount of $50,973.60 for the 125 kW
Police Department Generator contingent upon approval of the Engineering/Buidling
Inspection Director.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are hereby
authorized to sign the necessary documents in the name of the City, and are further
authorized to sign any changes at their discretion upon recommendation of the
Engineering/Building Inspection Director all contingent on the Engineering/Building
Inspection Director approval.
