COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #052-2005
APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
Weatherwood Courts Subdivision
WHEREAS, A preliminary plat for the Weatherwood Courts Subdivision in the NE 1/4 of
Section 25 was resubmitted on February 11, 2005; and
WHEREAS, On September 23, 2003, the Common Council adopted Resolution #205-
2003 approving a preliminary plat for Weatherwood Courts Subdivision; and
WHEREAS, The preliminary plat is being resubmitted because the Municipal Code of
the City of Muskego requires that a final plat be submitted one year from approval of
the preliminary plat or the approval is null and void and the final plat for this
development was not submitted timely; and
WHEREAS, Said plat proposes the development of 20 single-family lots; and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has recommended approval of the preliminary plat
subject to the conditions of Resolution #P.C. 036-2005.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the
preliminary plat of the Weatherwood Courts Subdivision in the NE 1/4 of Section 25
subject to the conditions outlined in Resolution #P.C. 0362005 being met at the time of
the final plat.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That this approval is subject to receipt of the submittal
fees and favorable reports from all approving and objecting agencies.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That a digital file of this Preliminary Plat shall be
submitted to the City in accordance with Common Council Ordinance #1118 and
Resolution #196-2002.
