COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #047-2005
APPOINTMENT OF A NEW TRUSTEE FOR THE
CITY OF MUSKEGO AND MUSKEGO POLICE ASSOCIATION
RETIREE HEALTH TRUST
WHEREAS, The Common Council of the City of Muskego approved the City of
Muskego and Muskego Police Association Retiree Health Trust on March 14,2000 with
the adoption of Resolution #49-2000; and
WHEREAS, Paul Geiszler and Dawn Gunderson were the Trustees for the Trust and
Resolution #49-2000 authorized them to sign the Agreement; and
WHEREAS, It is necessary to name appoint a new trustee with the resignation of Ms.
Gunderson.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby name Sharon Mueller as a Trustee of the City of Muskego and
Muskego Police Association Retiree Health Trust to replace Dawn Gunderson and
authorizes her to sign any necessary documents while serving in that capacity.
