RESOLUTION TO DENY REQUEST FOR REIMBURSEMENT
lake Brittany (Weed Control)
WHEREAS, The Lake Brittany Homeowners submitted a request for reimbursement
dated December 2, 2004 for weed control; and
WHEREAS, The City's insurance carrier has advised that the City deny the request for
reimbursement; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has recommended that this request be denied.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby deny the
request for reimbursement dated December 2, 2004 submitted by the Lake Brittany
Homeowners.
