COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #036-2005
APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
Valley View Estates Subdivision
WHEREAS, A preliminary plat for the Valley View Estates Subdivision in the SE 1/4 of
Section 4 was submitted on January 20, 2005; and
WHEREAS, Said plat proposes the development of 20 single-family lots and 7 outlots
for stormwater management and deeded purposes; and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has recommended approval of the preliminary plat
subject to the conditions of Resolution #P.C. 120-2004 as amended and adopted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the
preliminary plat of the Valley View Estates Subdivision in the SE 1/4 of Section 4
subject to the conditions outlined in Resolution #P.C. 120-2004, as amended, being
met at the time of the final plat.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That this approval is subject to receipt of the submittal
fees and favorable reports from all approving and objecting agencies.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That a digital file of this Preliminary Plat shall be
submitted to the City in accordance with Common Council Ordinance #1118 and
Resolution #196-2002.
