RESOLUTION #026-2005
AMENDMENT TO PERSONNEL CODE FOR
MANAGEMENT AND OTHER NONREPRESENTED EMPLOYEES
OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
(Clothing and Shoe Reimbursement)
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has reviewed a request to provide a clothing
reimbursement for Maintenance and Parks personnel and has recommended approval;
and
WHEREAS, The Personnel Code for Management and Other Nonrepresented
Employees of the City of Muskego will have to be amended to add language to include
a clothing reimbursement for Maintenance and Parks personnel.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby amend
the Personnel Code for Management and Other Nonrepresented Employees of the City
of Muskego to include a work clothing and shoe reimbursement of up to $300 annually
for the full time maintenance employee and up to $150 annually for the part time
maintenance employee effective January 1, 2005. A work clothing and shoe
reimbursement of up to $300 annually will be included for the four full time Park
employees effective January 1, 2006.
