Woods Road Relief Force Main and
Sewage Pump Station Upgrade (Contract A)
WHEREAS, The City advertised for bids for the Woods Road Relief Force Main and
Pump Station Upgrade (Contract A) and the following bids were received:

The Wanasek Corporation

WHEREAS, The Public Utilities Committee and Engineering/Building Inspection
Director have reviewed the bids and recommend that the low bid submitted by The
Wanasek Corporation in the amount of $760,328 for the Woods Road Relief Force
Main and Pump Station Upgrade Project (Contract A) be accepted subject to approval
of the DNR.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Utilities Committee, does hereby
accept the low bid of The Wanasek Corporation in the amount of $760,328 for the
Woods Road Relief Force Main and Pump Station Upgrade Project (Contract A) subject
to DNR approval.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are hereby
authorized to sign the necessary documents in the name of the City, and are further
authorized to sign any changes at their discretion upon recommendation of the
Engineering/Building Inspection Director.
