RESOLUTION #014-2005
REAPPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
Krawczyk
WHEREAS, A certified survey map to finalize a two-parcel division of the Krawczyk
property located on North Cape Road in the SE y.j of Section 24 was approved through
Resolution #111-2004 on June 22, 2004; and
WHEREAS, The certified survey map was not recorded within the six month time period
and reapproval by the Common Council is necessary.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby reapprove the Certified Survey Map to finalize a two-parcel
division of the Krawczyk property located on North Cape Road in the SE y.j of Section
24.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That this approval is subject to receipt of all fees required
by Section 18.14 of the Land Division Ordinance and approval of the City Engineer.
