APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT WITH WAUKESHA COUNTY
DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION
SERVICES FOR COMPUTER ASSISTED MASS APPRAISAL (CAMA)
BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the
recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve the attached
"Agreement with Waukesha County Department of Administration Services for
Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal (CAMA)" for a period commencing January 1, 2005
and expiring September 30, 2005.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor is authorized to sign the Agreement in
the name of the City.

Waukesha County Department of Administration
Services for Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal (CAMA)
This Agreement is entered in this day of ,2004, by and between Waukesha
County, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as the County, located at 1320 Pewaukee Rd.,
Waukesha, WI 53188, and the City of Muske go, hereinafter referred to as the Municipality, located at
Wl82S8200 Racine Avenue, Muskego, WI 53150-0749.
At the request of Municipality, the County agrees to continue to provide to municipality those services
more fully described in Waukesha County Department of Administration services for computer
assisted mass appraisal (CAMA) contract dated September 26, 2002 between Municipality and
County.
The term of this agreement shall be extended for nine (9) months commencing January 1,2005 and
expiring on September 30, 2005. The terms will be net 30 days.
The following rates will be charged for these services:
$10,546.50 for software, services and maintenance provided by CL T
$2,047.50 for reimbursement of Oracle License Fees
$2,500.00 Application Server and Software charges
$0.78 Per Real Property Tax Parcel
The County will provide up to 10 hours of support and any additionally required support time provided
will be charged to the municipality at a rate of $60.00 per hour. In addition, it is understood that there
will be no upgrades applied to the software.
It is understood and agreed that the entire original contract between the parties remains the same
except for items contained herein and for those matters incorporated herein by reference, and that this
agreement supersedes all oral and written agreements and negotiations between the parties related to
the subject matter thereof.
This agreement may not be assigned without the written permission of the other party.
Each party shall have the right to terminate this agreement for cause if the other party fails to comply
with any terms of this agreement.
