COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #191-2004
RESOLUTION TO APPROVE POLICE DEPARTMENT
ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE
WHEREAS, Police Chief John Johnson has proposed an organizational change for his
department; and
WHEREAS, Chief Johnson is requesting the four Staff Sergeant positions be increased
to five with a current employee to fill the position; and
WHEREAS, Chief Johnson is requesting that the two Lieutenant positions be
decreased to one; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has reviewed the organizational change proposed
by Chief Johnson and has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee does approve the
Police Department organizational change by increasing the Staff Sergeant positions to
five and decreasing the Lieutenant positions to one effective immediately.
