RESOLUTION #186-2004
AWARD OF BID
Janesville Road Sewer Extension
WHEREAS, The City advertised for bids for the Janesville Road Sewer Extension and
the following base bids were received:

Globe Contractors, Inc.
D. F. Tomasini, Inc.
United Sewer & Water, Inc.
Super Excavators, Inc.
Rawson Contractors, Inc.

WHEREAS, The Finance Committee and Engineering/Building Inspection Director have
reviewed the bids and recommend that the low bid submitted by Rawson Contractors in
the amount of $93,942.50 for the Janesville Road Sewer Extension Project be accepted
subject to execution of the Agreement between the City of Muskego and Illingworth
Corporation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby accept
the low bid of Rawson Contractors in the amount of $93,942.50 for the Janesville Road
Sewer Extension Project subject to execution of the Agreement between the City of
Muskego and Illingworth Corporation.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are hereby
authorized to sign the necessary documents in the name of the City, and are further
authorized to sign any changes at their discretion upon recommendation of the
Engineering/Building Inspection Director.
