CCR2004167. COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO RESOLUTION #167-2004 HONORING CITY OF MUSKEGO EAGLE SCOUT JASON J. HOOYMAN WHEREAS, JASON HOOYMAN, resident of the City of Muskego and a graduate of Muskego High School, earned the Eagle Scout Award as a member of Boy Scouts of America Troop 19; and WHEREAS, This achievement is the result of years of service and dedication to the Code of the Boy Scouts of America; and WHEREAS, During JASON'S participation in scouting, he earned numerous merit badges and served his fellow scouts and the community in a variety of leadership positions; and WHEREAS, For his Eagle Scout project, JASON completed a public campsite improvement in the Southern Kettle Moraine State Forest. Working with the Department of Natural Resources, JASON constructed and installed six wooden benches for a large group campfire circle; and WHEREAS, In addition to scouting, JASON excelled academically and is currently enrolled in the Pre-Med program at the University of Wisconsin - Madison; and . WHEREAS, The Common Council of the City of Muskego wishes to recognize the achievements of JASON HOOYMAN. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of Muskego does hereby commend JASON HOOYMAN for achieving the rank of Eagle Scout and acknowledges and applauds the efforts required to reach scouting's highest honor.
