RESOLUTION #166-2004
AWARD OF BID
Freedom Square Pond Dredging Project
WHEREAS, The City advertised for bids for the Freedom Square Pond Dredging
project and the following bids were received:
Base Bid
C. W. Purpero, Inc.
Western Contractors, Inc.
Terra Engineering and Construction
$110,450.00
$ 82, 110.00
$ 68,237.00
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee and City Engineers have reviewed the bids and
recommend that the bid submitted by Terra Engineering and Construction in the
amount of $68,237 be accepted for the Freedom Square Pond Dredging project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby accept
the low bid of Terra Engineering and Construction in the amount of $68,237 for the
Freedom Square Pond Dredging project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are hereby
authorized to sign the necessary documents in the name of the City, and are further
authorized to sign any changes at their discretion upon recommendation of the City
Engineers or Engineering/Building Inspection Director.
