COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #158-2004
RESOLUTION TO CORRECT THE NAME OF CONDOMINIUM PLAT
REFERRED TO IN RESOLUTION #151-2004
WHEREAS, The Common Council of the City of Muskego adopted Resolution #151-
2004 on September 28, 2004 which approved a Condominium Plat submitted by
GeoSelect Properties LLC; and
WHEREAS, The Resolution incorrectly identified the Condominium Plat as "Fountain
Park" and the name on the Plat is "Overlook Bay 10 Condominium."
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby correct the name of the Condominium Plat referred to in the
adopted Resolution #151-2004 from "Fountain Park" to "Overlook Bay 10
Condominium."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That all conditions of approval outlined in adopted
Resolution #151-2004 remain unchanged.
