COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #151-2004
APPROVAL OF CONDOMINIUM PLAT
Fountain Park
(f/kla Building 10 of Overlook Bay Apartments)
WHEREAS, A Condominium Plat was submitted by GeoSelect Properties LLC for the
Fountain Park Condominium (f/kla Building 10 of Overlook Bay Apartments) located in
the SE 1/4 of Section 8 and NE 1/4 of Section 17 on July 23,2004; and
WHEREAS, Said plat consists of eight residential units in one structure; and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has recommended approval through Resolution
#P.C. 087-2004.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the
Condominium Plat for Fountain Park Condominium, located in the SE 1/4 of Section 8
and NE 1/4 of Section 17, subject to the conditions outlined in Resolution #P.C. 087-
2004, resolution of technical discrepancies as identified by the City Planning
Department, City Engineers, and Fire Department, and payment of all applicable fees in
Section 18.14 of the Land Division Ordinance and outstanding assessments if
applicable.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That a digital file of this plat shall be submitted to the City
in accordance with Common Council Ordinance #1118 and Resolution #196-2002.
