RESOLUTION #150-2004
APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT
Baumgart Gardens Estates
Town of Waterford
WHEREAS, A Final Plat was submitted on August 30, 2004 for Baumgart Gardens
Estates in the SE ~ of Section 2 in the Town of Waterford; and
WHEREAS, The Preliminary Plat was approved in Resolution #010-2004 on
January 13, 2004; and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the extra-territorial jurisdiction of the City of
Muskego; and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has recommended approval through #P.C. 100-
2004.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the
Final Plat for Baumgart Gardens Estates in the SE ~ of Section 2 in the Town of
Waterford.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That this approval is subject to receipt of the submittal
fees and favorable reports from all approving and objecting agencies.
