COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #141-2004
RECOGNITION OF 25 YEARS OF SERVICE
STEVEN J. KUKOWSKI - MUSKEGO POLICE DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, STEVEN J. KUKOWSKI began work as a police officer for the City of
Muskego Police Department on August 27, 1979; and
WHEREAS, Steve was placed on the merit board for Outstanding Public Service by
saving a young boy from drowning on July 13, 1982; and
WHEREAS, Steve was promoted to the position of Juvenile Officerllnvestigator on
July 1, 1986; and
WHEREAS, Steve was promoted to Interim Sergeant on February 15, 1991; and
WHEREAS, Steve became a Sergeant on March 1, 1991; and
WHEREAS, Steve graduated from the Northwestern University Traffic Institute in March
of 1997; and
WHEREAS, Steve was promoted to the position of Detective Lieutenant on April 29,
2001.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby recognize and appreciate the 25 years of dedicated service
provided by Steven J. Kukowski to the City of Muskego.
